Job Description of Outside Sales Representative:

The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for selling supplemental staffing services to area employers through personal visits, effective phone calls, social media, and networking.

Duties and Responsibilities of Outside Sales Representative:

• Develop, prepare, and present comprehensive and competitive Sales Proposals.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Maintain effective working relationships /communication with current and potential customers to ensure expectations are being met and to identify additional business opportunities.
• Keep management informed of sales activity by submitting weekly sales activity logs.
• Perform other duties assigned

Qualification & Requirements of Outside Sales Representative:

• All hiring decisions are contingent on the selectee passing background check and drug screening.
• High energy, goal-oriented, self-starter who prides themselves on performance
• Must be a self-starter, very organized, and detail-oriented’
• 2 years previous experience in outside sales, customer service, or related fields preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and co-workers
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to persuade an audience
• Demonstrate a relentless tenacity with specific sales strategies identified
• Must have a Sense of Urgency
• Manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and prioritize workload
• Capable and comfortable making cold calls and door to door selling to all types of business
• Proficient computer application and social media skills
