Facility Planning and Sales position for Design/Build general contractor specializing in Industrial and Commercial construction. Facility Planning at Titan Construction & Engineering Services is a position meant only for those wanting to make a “career” of their work. This position, tailored for the sales professional, offers a mix of facility design and estimating. We use “Sage,” the leader in the construction industry, as our estimating software. Oversight of the pre-construction plans, bidding process, and interface with the owners offer full oversight of the pre-construction process. Responsibilities:

• Provide detailed and budgetary estimates
• Provide engineering evaluation to pursue bids on materials and subcontractors
• Perform building code reviews
• Evaluate past and current costs for estimate accuracy
• Generate preliminary construction plans and documents.
• Have thorough knowledge of all proposed project issues and priorities.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree required in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field.
• Previous experience in Construction Management, Engineering or other related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong analysis and critical thinking skills.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.
