American Family Insurance is looking for an energetic and experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is highly motivated and driven.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a minimum of 1 year experience in the insurance industry and be licensed in Property & Casualty with Life & Heath License to be obtained within 60 days of employment. The agent will have knowledge of auto, home, life, health, and other types of insurance.

As a(n) Sedlak & Associates, LLC insurance sales representative you will build and develop client relationships to promote our products. We will support you as you grow and learn within our agency. As your client base grows, your earning potential does as well through a combination of guaranteed base salary and aggressive commission and bonus plan with renewal opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance proposals, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with other business professionals

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
