Sales Manager

TRAILERS DIRECT OF LITTLE ROCK is seeking a Sales Manager to join our team in Cabot, AR.

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of the Sales Manager is to develop and implement a strategy for the sales department to achieve their sales goals. The Sales Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing a sales strategy that will drive growth and success in the company. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing a sales process, including training, coaching, and mentoring. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing an effective sales process for the company.

Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
·2 years of experience in sales management preferred; 1 year of experience required
·Must have excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and be able to work effectively with all levels of the organization, customers, vendors, and other employees
·Must have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing; successful experience in managing multiple accounts is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $800.00 per week
