Job Summary

We are looking to hire a Business Development Specialist. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, results-oriented individual that can provide appropriate solutions for our customers while providing ongoing support through the sales process.

This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential.


Daily Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new sales leads
  • Schedule meetings and estimates to pool service leads within 24 hours
  • Inspect swimming pools for safety and serviceability
  • Promote products/services to new and existing customers
  • Close sales by means of excellent customer service and salesmanship
  • Source and develop client referrals
  • Maintain positive business and customer relationships to prolong customer lifetime value
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
  • Track personal appointments, status reports, and sales
  • Answer all questions that clients have about pool services thoroughly and professionally


Job Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Aptitude for negotiation and persuasion
  • Highly motivated, determined, and target driven
  • Proven track record in the sales environment
  • Expert in time management and personal organization
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs +, perform repetitive bending, squatting, twisting, and standing
  • Must be able to work unsupervised
  • Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License
  • Must have a clean MVR
  • Must be 21 years or older
