Responsibilities:

• Answer a high volume of incoming calls from customers
• Continue and maintain long lasting relationships with clients
• Initiate customer outreach calls
• Respond to customer inquiries and questions by telephone, email, and text
• Accurately enter new customer information into CRM
• Verify and update existing customer information
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Make follow-up customer calls
• Document call information according to standard operating procedures
• Route calls as appropriate and per standard operating procedure
• Complete daily tasks by the end of each business day
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly metric goals

Qualification:

• Strong customer experience related background
• 5 years Customer Service Experience
• Prefer call center experience
• Strong Organization Skills
• Exceptional Written and Interpersonal Communication Skills
• Exceptional Problem Solving Capabilities
• Strong Computer Literacy
• Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions and information
• Bilingual is highly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
