Automotive Sales Responsibilities:

• Greet customer as they appear on the lot in a timely manner.
• Effectively use CRM system to communicate with online customers.
• Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs and budget.
• Assist customers in the completion of credit application and pre finance steps.
• Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales.
• Maintain follow-up that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction, loyalty and long-term clientele.
• Communicate with customers and staff in a respectful way that upholds the values of Lee Johnson Auto Family.

Automotive Sales Requirements:

• Previous sales experience in the automotive industry.
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
• Outgoing with a friendly ,personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing.
• Have quality customer service skills.
• Process strong communication skills.
• Must have clean & valid drivers license.
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.
