We are currently looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources for their role.

Job Description

Essential functions and duties of the job are:

• Provide strategic support for a portfolio of commercial, retail, and medical buildings,
• Act as liaison between tenants, maintenance, and third-party vendors,
• Follow through on service agreement and maintenance contracts,
• Prioritize calls and assist with assigning work orders across the portfolio to maintain efficient operations,
• Become the management lead on our work order system - SAGE SSO and SM,
• Prioritize, assign, track, and report on maintenance tasks and additional efficiency reporting, as needed,
• Filing documents, reviewing contracts, update spreadsheets on a timely basis,
• Generate correspondence, review invoices, service agreements and contracts, and scheduling thereof,
• Contact vendors to get pricing quotes for equipment and services,
• Communicate with security company on access and issues,
• Review property budgets and expense reports,
• Perform building inspections and walk-throughs,
• Handle insurance claim notices and violations as necessary,
• Perform all responsibilities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment,

RECOMMENDED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, construction management, business or finance is preferred.
• Graduates majoring in Property Management or Construction Management a plus
• Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
• Familiarity with general computer software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel
• Strong organizational skills required
• Adaptability and quick learning
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Prior SAGE use

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
