Palm Cottages is a locally owned and operated assisted living facility that offers a home like setting and sense of family to our aging population. We are proud to continuously offer quality care in Rockledge, FL to our residents for over 20 years. We are currently searching for an experienced and dynamic sales professional to add to our team. Senior Living/Healthcare sales experience is not required, applicants who want to share their passion for meeting individuals and families, assisting them to find the best community for their loved one and promoting a positive sales environment should apply.

Main Responsibilities Include:
- Manage the day-to-day sales activities and community census goals.
- Maintain the overall marketing and community relation objectives.
- Meet with individuals and families about admission to Palm Cottages, including contract signing and providing tours.
- Empower and encourage team development to offer the best possible sales environment.
- Implement and maintain best practices for staff that assist in tours, sales, and admissions.
- Effectively communicate with residents, resident representatives, staff, and co-workers.
- Collaborate with other department directors to ensure resident’s accommodations are satisfactory and requests are met.
- Orchestrate resident documentation and ensure staff communication for move-ins, move-outs, and other census changes.
- Ensure compliance of documentation and reporting requirements per state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in complex sales and meeting target closing ratios in a highly competitive market.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience of marketing and community relations strategic planning.
- Ability to manage customer and community relationships.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities, manage time effectively and meet deadlines accordingly.
- Ability and desire to actively be apart of problem solving and team development.
- Basic written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to proficiently used Microsoft products such as, Outlook and Word.
- Experience with an electronic lead management system preferred.
Scheduling Requirements of the Position:
- Full Time, Salary – Flexible hours and scheduling
- Weekend availability for inquiring phone calls.
- Most work must be done on site; however flexibility is available to accommodate remote work as needed.
