Sukar & Sons, a Cricket Wireless authorized retailer, is looking for a sales advocate. At Cricket, your job is to represent the company and assist customers with a variety of topics.

Duties:

• Serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs

• Service existing accounts and establish new ones

• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions

• Be knowledgeable about our products, including Apple and Android devices

• Meet monthly sales goals

• Promote company deals

• Maintain the store

• Comply with all company policies and procedures

About you:

• Some experience in either customer service or sales (preferred)

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Fluent in English (required) and Spanish (preferred)

• Driven to meet sales goals

• Professional, highly motivated, and independent

• Friendly and outgoing; able to build rapport with customers

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $1,920.00 - $2,400.00 per month

• 8 hour shift
