Reports to: Director of Marketing & Operations
Position Summary: Fox Development Corporation (FDC) is a leading real estate development firm in Champaign-Urbana, IL, specializing in premium office and retail properties. Our properties include the Research Park at the University of Illinois, the Corporate Center and the Shoppes of Knollwood. Our fast-paced, client-focused department needs a well-organized assistant to provide administrative support with strong attention to detail and time management. We are looking for an energetic professional who is a quick learner, enjoys performing a variety of tasks, and who is interested in further professional development.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly stacking plans and rent rolls for all properties
- Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports for property owners
- Monitor account receivables and accounts payables and follow up weekly with tenants on past due rent payments and invoices
- Research prospective tenants and provide to Managing Broker for sales outreach
- Update marketing materials and website listings
- Prepare and process tenant final walk-through reports, proposals, and coordinate security deposit refunds
- Assist with monthly tenant outreach to maintain excellent relationships and accurate records
- General administrative support duties including scheduling and coordinating meetings, data entry, drafting outbound correspondence, monitor and maintain office supply levels, updating tenant contacts, and maintaining electronic files
- Update and maintain tenant and vendor Certificates of Insurance
- Serve as back up for Tenant Services Manager as needed, assistingwith tenant key card access system and maintaining the repair & maintenance database
- Earn and maintain a current real estate brokers license (company subsidized)
- Other projects and duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Real Estate License preferred
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Computer skills, as well as knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems
- Previous administrative assistant experience

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
