NO PRIOR SALES EXPERIENCE NEEDED: ONSITE PAID TRAINING, ELIGIBLE FOR COMMISSION IMMEDIATLEY UPON COMPLETION OF TRAINING

Low-pressure sales environment, equally dedicated and involved to see our Agents success on the Sales Floor!

Starting pay rate for our Agents is $13.50 an hour PLUS commission. An additional dollar raise will be supplemented to $14.50 with the opportunity to DOUBLE your earned commission after the first 30 days of employment has been completed and upon successful completion of a background check . The average earnings for our Agents is an hourly rate of $16.00-$17.00 an hour with potential earnings up to $600 in commission or more with added incentives available. Additionally our Agents set up and deliver mobile services for our respective clients and earn $20 in commission for each mobile sale made plus monthly incentives for each line sold! There are opportunities for overtime and advancement within the company providing a FLEXIBLE WORK SCHEDULE to help accommodate everyone's unique needs in our everchanging workforce to help balance work and home life.

TRAINING CLASSES CONDUCTED EVERY WEEK STARTING MONDAY

Summary: As a Call Center Sales Agent at SatCom Marketing in Fort Myers Florida, our Agents represent the front line for making sales based on customer call campaigns and the respective client contracts. Agents would maximize sales opportunities for the company by selling cable, voice and data services as part of the sales process in order to make the net sale. Not only do we work with sales primarily, but we do provide customer service, B2B sales, mobile sales and soft-survey work for our clients to meet company goals. We are looking for a great communicator(s), self-motivated and goal-oriented individual(s) looking to gain experience and opportunity for growth and development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop product knowledge concerning all call campaigns
• Responsible for understanding and applying the required call guidelines as part of each customer call made on behalf of SatCom Marketing and the respective client.

Essential Duties:

• Consistently makes an EFFORT to follow company call flow to generate sales
• Develop an understanding for new marketing efforts, customer call initiatives, changes and improvisations to campaign scripts.

• Strong problem-solving abilities
• High level of professionalism
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Computer savvy
