The following are the primary Roles and Responsibilities of a SERVPRO® Marketing Representative (SMR).
1. Executive: Customer Satisfaction
a. Communicate with centers of influence (COIs) on resolving concerns: face-to-face, phone, or e-mail.
2. Marketing: Generate Revenue
a. Meet or exceed assigned sales quota.
3. Marketing: Sales and Marketing Activity
a. Setup closing appointments.
b. Maintain assigned contact lists (additions/deletions).
c. Conduct objective-to-objective daily marketing contacts, compile and maintain center of influence (COI) information, identify “Target 25” (Top 25 contacts to develop into clients), and complete WorkCenter Marketing documentation, as appropriate.
d. Participate in professional associations, host Lunch-and-Learns, and promote continuing education (CE) courses.
e. Complete Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and discuss benefits of emergency event preparation.
4. Marketing: Professional and Personal Development
a. Develop sales skills.
b. Understand production and estimating.
c. Understand SERVPRO® Enterprise resources and industry knowledge.
5. Executive: Safety and Risk Management
a. Attend safety training, as appropriate.
b. Understand and comply with safety and risk management guidelines in the office and while traveling.
6. Additional: Other Duties, as Assigned
a. Take ownership of Roles and Responsibilities.
b. Handle recurring and unique tasks, as necessary.
We are a Restoration company in the Pittsburgh area specializing in Water, fire, Mold, Bio Hazard clean up. We work with residential and commercial properties to Make It Like It Never Even Happened. We have rebuild crews that follow the mitigation teams to rebuild properties.
We also specialize in house clean outs and general cleaning.
We are owned by a partnership and have been operating in the Pittsburgh area since 2014.

Pay: $50000 - $100000 / year
