Have you ever wanted to run your own gym or studio training studio? The Fitness Director | General Manager, is the most important role in our LA Fitness Clubs.

LA fitness is rapidly expanding and needs talented managers ready for growth within our company. We are looking to staff a minimum of 6 Fitness Director | General Managers throughout our current and NEW locations in the Indianapolis area.

Responsibilities Include:

· Touring guests around our health clubs-assessing the need individually of every potential member

· Managing health club schedules for most employees

· Hiring trainers

· Hiring marketers

· Manage the personal training clients, the trainers, and other amenities offered in the club

· Your bonus will depend on hitting pre-determined sales goals

· Opportunity to earn commissions on memberships, training, and other amenities offered in the club

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
