Who We Are:

The Equipment Lock Company is a family-owned business in Claysburg, PA. We make anti-theft and safety devices for heavy equipment, trucks, trailers, sea containers and more. We’re growing fast and are looking for a Business Development Account Manager to help us continue to grow!

What Will You Be Doing? You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies that will improve brand awareness and drive growth in new and existing sales channels. You’ll do this by:

· Planning and executing remote sales calls

· Reviewing and analyzing sales performance

· Evaluating market research

· Driving brand awareness

· Developing strong customer relationships

· Representing Equipment Lock at trade shows/meetings (occasional domestic travel)

What will you need?

Required Education/Experience:

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B Sales and/or Marketing

Preferred Education/Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or business administration

· Previous marketing/business development experience

· Previous experience with competitive intelligence

· Previous experience with Online Marketplaces/E-Commerce

Pay: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
