we have been in business more than 20 years in Highlands, NC, currently have three stores in town. We are agile, creative, fast-paced and our goal is to to build a team while having fun working and learn new things about fashion, eyewear, and luxury bags.

We are currently hiring Retail Sales Associates to work in our well-known company. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with purchases, providing friendly customer service and keeping the store clean and organized. This is the perfect position for a self-motivated individual with a great work ethic and a passion for customer service.

Must be able to work weekends and holidays (Memorial Day, July 4th, Laber Day).

Responsibilities:

• Use your interpersonal skills to carry on conversations with customers, helping them make informed decisions.
• Open and close store.
• Learn how to use a register
• keep store clean and organized
• stock the store

• Know fashion trends
• learn sunglass brands, brand history, and brand related lens knowledge
• Provide your customers with accurate information about products, keeping their loyalty and returning for repeat business.
• Actively listen to customers and respond appropriately.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $45,760.00 per year
