Full description of the position

Turf Tec of WNY, Inc., a family-owned landscaping business that has operated for over 40 years, is currently seeking an Account Manager to join our TEAM. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for running the operations of a highly efficient landscape maintenance portfolio while acting as the main point of contact for both residential and commercial clients, providing them with exceptional customer service, and addressing their needs, coordinating with internal teams to deliver high quality landscaping solutions and meeting and exceeding sales budgets.

Job Responsibilities:

· Excellent overall organization of all jobs to ensure optional efficiency at all levels

· Be customer’s primary point of contact providing excellent customer service

· Run day to day operations for mowing and bed maintenance crews with our operations manager

· Ensure budgets are met in regards to labor costs, materials, etc.

· Meet or exceed established sales budgets

· Prepare and send bids for new projects in a timely manner

· Serve in operation leadership role to all crews working in the field

· Acts in capacity of company representative and develops community ties to enhance public image and company brand.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required:

· 1-2 years of continuous Supervisory experience

· 2-4 years of experience in landscape industry

· High school diploma

· Must have valid driver’s license

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Outcome orientated

Preferred:

· Supervisory experience in the landscaping field a plus

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field

· Bilingual in Spanish

Schedule: Full time position, Monday through Friday with a start time of 7:00 am. Occasional Saturday shifts during the busy season.
