Full description of the position

This position is a customer service role that acts as the liaison between our customers and the rest of the company. We give each customer one point of contact for all of their questions. That contact is the account manager. The account manager has a team behind them to help resolve issues, but they are responsible for the communication and satisfaction of the customer.

The account manager is also responsible for quality control of the work being performed on their properties. It is their job to highlight and call out issues. Quality communication skills that can listen to a customer and effectively communicate back to the production department what is needed and what the expectations are necessary. At the end of the day, the account manager is the employee that is fully responsible for the customers' satisfaction.

Tasks may include site walks with the customer, building proposals for additional work, negotiating contracts, and any other tasks that are necessary to meet the customers' expectations. Being technical and proficient in all standard computer software is a must.
