We are looking for a full time Property Manager with experience in rent collections, leasing and overall customer service. You will be over seeing the daily operations of 2 smaller properties in Croswell, MI. The position works closely with the maintenance team to ensure turns, works orders and overall customer satisfaction is achieved. Any affordable housing experience is a plus as both properties have an affordable component to them. We WILL train the right candidate.
To be considered for an immediate interview, we are looking for a candidate that has experience with:
- Possess time-management skills
- Be able to follow procedure and instruction
- Be able to work independently with the ability to produce high quality and quantity of work
- Provide friendly and courteous customers services to applicants. Must present a positive attitude and be team-oriented
- Maintain resident files in accordance with company policy & regulatory agency policy
- Assist with other tasks as needed
- Must be organized
- Must be proficient with computers
- minimum of 2 years' experience as a Property Manager or Leasing Consultant.
- Experience at managing people is a plus
- Training/managing on-site staff
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, follow up and multi-tasking skills Ability to collect rents and small balances in a timely manner
- Promote resident activities
- Word Excel and basic computer skills
- Collection and delinquency control
- Budget awareness
