Construction based manufacturing facility has an opening for a Sales position. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, a people person and must be experienced in Micro-Soft Office and QuickBooks. (Manufacturing and Wholesale Version a plus) You should be able to assess complex situations and come up with solutions and should not be afraid to ask questions, must be able to multi-task in a busy sales environment. Duties will include:

Answer multiline phone system.

Cold calls to potential customers.

Working with customers. Educating them on metals that meets their needs.

Learning about our material and all its benefits.

Office Staff support.

Enter information into QuickBooks and spreadsheets.

This position requires commitment to customer service and problem solving, our company prides itself on offering superior products and customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Redding, CA 96001: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Required)
• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
• Customer retention: 1 year (Preferred)
