Client Services Manager

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants and client
- Act as the main point of contact for consultant related inquiries and concerns
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to consultants
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
- Prepare and deliver presentations (orientation, new hire, etc.)
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or complaints
- Perform coaching and mentoring to consultants

Experience:
- Proven experience in customer service and/or large service desk environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with consultants
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to build positive team environment and culture
- Must be a motivating and professional resource for the consultants and client (top level)
- General Human Resource knowledge (compliance, laws, etc.) is beneficial

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 5 years (Preferred)
• Sales: 7 years (Required)
