Key Responsibilities
1. Provide support to Inside Sales Manager and Director of Sales.
2. Coordinate and document vacation, sick time, etc. of Sales Support staff & Receptionist for Inside Sales Manager
3. Develops and coordinates procedural, technique, and product training for Sales Support staff and Receptionist
4. Interface with Sales Support & Receptionist on a daily basis to help analyze their needs, improve skills and offer support & direction.
5. Reviews and analyzes appropriate AM/Sales Support sales & GP goals on a monthly basis.
6. Interacts with other department managers in helping Sales Support & Receptionist operates within guidelines and to work more efficiently.
7. Coordinates with Receptionist and Sales Support staff to ensure someone is answering front desk phone during normal operating hours, answering the EN Sales Support Group line.
8. Performance appraisals, hiring/firing.

Minimum Educational Requirements
High school diploma required. Four year degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Experience Required
Successful candidate should have 2+ years of previous Sales or Sales Support experience.
2+ years managing a staff of 3 or more in any function including conducting interviews, evaluating talent, scheduling, building a cohesive team, implementing disciplinary/corrective actions or performance improvement plans, conducting performance reviews and daily team management requiring prioritization of work among a group.
