We're looking for a solid hunter/coach Director of Sales Operations to join a successful and well established company in Commerce.

Your core focus areas will be to help drive revenue and gross processes by leading Online Sales initiatives; managing the Inside Sales and Customer Service programs, policies and processes; growing and developing Outside Sales teams to leverage a nationwide network; assessessing and attending industry Trade Shows; overseeing product catalog; and owning the day to day Sales Operations.

Use your leadership skills to help sales teams generate revenue to grow the company and bring it to the next level. Keeping KPI's clear, helping with sales calls, clearly defining the "go to market" sales strategy and teaching them how to get more deals, will be recognized.

This is a wholesale business that deals with novelty items nationwide. If you have a proven track record of leading sales teams and working with operations to get products delivered you are our person!

• Bilingual Spanish proficiency is required
• 10+ years experience managing inside and outside sales teams
• Experience selling to distributors and small to medium retail stores preferred
• Travel approx 10% - 15%
• Tenacious and results driven

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
