Responsibilities:

• Track all phone, email and CRM interactions with prospective clients to help ensure monthly sales goals are being met
• Act as the professional intermediary when connecting with leads and industry professionals so our company’s standards and values are reflected in every transaction
• Negotiate and effectively communicate transaction details between sellers and potential buyers to ensure a smooth and mutually beneficial process

Qualifications:

• Florida Real Estate License (Required - Can be in pre-licensing)
• Drivers License (Required)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

• Weekend availability

• Zephyrhills, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
