Forbes Group Property Management is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our rapidly growing residential and commercial portfolio of properties. Located in Los Gatos, California we are an established business with 25+ years' track record of success.

Job Responsibilities:

Should you accept, your role will be to oversee a portfolio of 150+ units. Key requirements to your position are:

• Managing all aspects of assigned properties including property inspections.
• Assigning, scheduling, and ensuring completion of maintenance requests while ensuring they meet the standards established by the owner and our company.
• Manage capital projects, tenant improvements, and maintenance emergencies.
• Bid negotiation and coordination with multiple vendors.
• Negotiating new leases and renewals on behalf of our clients.
• Ensuring proper organization and detailed record keeping of ongoing property issues.
• Building client and tenant loyalty through quick responses, great customer service, and follow through.
• Handle client interactions with courtesy, tact, and sensitivity to the issues involved and defuse situations.
• Your success will be measured by your ability to accomplish financial goals while maintaining positive and productive relationships with tenants and owners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relative field a plus
• Valid California real estate salesperson license REQUIRED. Exception may be made if you don’t currently have a real estate license and are willing to get one within 6 months of hire.
• 3+ years’ experience as Property Manager
• Knowledge of regulations, policies, and procedures for federal, state and local housing laws.
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Proficient in Property Management software (Yardi, AppFolio or similar)

Salary:

$65,000 - $75,000 commensurate with experience. Bonus opportunities.

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours, M-F

Daily access to personal vehicle for work related duties is required; therefore, the applicant shall maintain a valid, state-issued driver's license and shall maintain appropriate insurance at all times.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
