Who We Are:
Located in Monroe, Washington, Northwest Sign & Design Specializes in design, fabrication, installation, and repair of custom business signage, architectural signs, and visual arts with an emphasis on dynamic and creative design. [please apply online] are looking for a motivated and energetic Direct Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for driving our direct sales team success, formulating sales and marketing strategies, along with mentoring and developing the direct sales team.
Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and sales goals by successfully leading the direct sales team.
- Help design and implement a strategic business plan to aid in expanding the company’s customer base and accounts.
- Assist with recruiting, goal setting, and own coaching and performance of the sales team.
- Build long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients to understand their needs on projects.
- Present sales and forecast projections and be able to speak/justify the data and thought process behind them.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and market shifts while being aware of current trends.
- Following up with existing and historic clients to ensure any needs current or future are being handled.
- Manage the day to day operations of the sales team including but not limited to performance reviews, hiring, firing, scheduling etc.
Skills & Desired Qualifications
- Sales and leadership experience.
- Strong relationship building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels.
- Ability to drive the sales process from start to finish.
- Excellent mentoring, leadership and management skills.
- Experience in construction, signs, or custom fabrication preferred.
- Organized with good record keeping.
- Self starter, must have motivation to get out, generate new business and meet potential clients face to face.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
