What We Do

We are a team of home service experts who go the extra mile to ensure peak performance for your home's heating and air conditioning systems.

The Big Task

You will listen to the needs of our customers, working with them to determine the best new equipment to meet their needs and do whatever is necessary to achieve department sales and capacity goals.

Key Sub Tasks

• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
• Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation team.
• Create confidant buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing.
• Get potential customers excited about our company and encourage them to spread the word.
• Become an expert of your market area, know the customer needs.
• Help set aggressive sales plans focused on closing the deal with the client during the consultation.
• Understand and utilize financing plans to help assist in closing deals with clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have the ability to work evenings and weekends to allow for maximum earning potential.
• High level of responsiveness and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn a presentation that will be utilized in the home with clients to help build value in the company and our processes.

Desired Skills and Experience

If you can achieve the above and you find it fun and challenging - you have the ability to succeed in this position. Prior HVAC experience is required - Minimum of 2 years of in home sales is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $160,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
