Seeking a Director Level candidate to be responsible for leading and managing the corporate sales team. Excellent career opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upselling opportunities.
• Lead and manage a team of corporate sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure sales strategies align with the company's overall goals.
• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Manage the sales pipeline, including forecasting and reporting on sales performance.
• Negotiate and close deals with clients.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to represent the company and build relationships with potential clients.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree.

2. 7 or more years of Audio Visual Systems Sales experience.

3. 2 or more years of Sales Management experience.
