Aquila's Membership Representative is a full time position, 40 hours a week Monday-Friday, (weekends and holidays if needed). The pay rate is $15/hour, plus commissions earned from each membership sold.

As a Membership Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting all who walk through our doors with positivity and a smile
• Responding to all member calls, emails, or texts within a timely manner
• Giving facility tours, delivering top-notch product knowledge with confidence
• Selling memberships to help the fitness center thrive and achieve its membership goals
• Following up on prospective clients over the phone and/or in-person
• Handling members' concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
• Maintaining organization through administrative tasks
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the facility are kept clean and organized
• Working hand in hand with front desk team to offer the best service and membership knowledge
• Any other responsibilities as assigned to meet the goals of the fitness center
