Are you an experienced and energetic sales professional?? New and existing account development is essential to our growth, so we are seeking a motivated, experienced and dedicated sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a working knowledge manufacturing and of the injection molding process with a technical background serving as the base for dialogue with customers.

Position Expectations

• Produce positive sales growth by identifying and locating new clients through a variety of methods including networking and cold calling.
• Understand company goals
• Demonstrate knowledge of market data and have access to resources to quickly respond to new developments in manufacturing trends
• Develop account penetration strategies to include regular business reviews for essential customers to maximize sales
• Drive the sales process from lead generation through order intake.
• Conduct sales related activities between customer and the company to determine customer needs, engineering specifications, design modifications and other technical issues pertaining to products and services.

Your Skills:

• 3+ years of direct outside sales experience in manufacturing
• Self-disciplined, have a competitive desire to succeed and you are persistent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Manage travel required to each customer
• Thorough understanding of technical processes of injection molding
• Ability to utilize sales process to uncover customer objections/concerns, and determine appropriate solutions
• Able to speak comfortably in front of groups
• Able to prepare and present impactful sales presentations

Bachelor’s degree in business preferred but some college and at least 3 years direct sales experience will be considered

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $74,000.00 - $99,000.00 per year
