Retail Supervisor

What you will do:

Understand and operate the point of sales system

Learning,training and supervising opening and closing of the cash register daily while ensuring balance

Over look the cash balance of registers at the end of day and week

Secure funds for each store on weekly basis

Train Gurus to successfully engage with multiple customers at a time while still providing each with an attentive an exceptional shopping experience

Training,maintaining and auditing sanitation standards

Train Gurus to provide customers an in-depth knowledge about the water industrial system, which produces 5-7 different types of water, and how it compares to residential filtration systems

Train Gurus to provide knowledge to customers about water types in stores and industrial filtration system at water bar

Train Gurus to utilize the in-depth knowledge in order to up sale residential and whole home filtration systems

Train Gurus to maintain the company standards while providing an outstanding customer experience without daily supervision

Directly approve returns and overlooks return process while guaranteeing shrinkage remains at zero

Creates, implements, achieves and maintains sale goals and quotas for each store and for each Guru

Understand and maintain a systematic approach to train employees of sales process and company protocol

Coaches and helps Gurus in career growth

Must Haves:

Punctual

Flexible schedule

Retail sales experience and sales oriented

Highly organized and self-motivated

Ability to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs

Excellent communication skills

Proficient in English, reading and writing

Adaptable in any given situation

Possess positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping others

Conscious of the importance of sanitation

Retail experience in an environment with high expectations

Familiar with community needs and culture
