We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to join our team in Downtown Bellevue.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSABILITIES:

• Tour and lease apartments. Will be stationed at various properties in Downtown Bellevue.
• Achieve sales goals set by management.
• Post effective marketing ads on various sites set by management.
• Inspect apartments during move-ins and move-outs, and walk apartments and the community as needed.
• Process move-ins, move-outs, audits, renewals, and other administrative functions requested by management.
• Provide the highest level of customer service and professionalism.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2 years of experience in sales and customer service - preferably in property management.
• 1+ years multifamily leasing experience in 100+ unit projects. Lease up experience preferred.
• Ability to grasp and understand federal Fair Housing laws and any other applicable local, state, or federal regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at any given time.
• Clear understanding of all basic office equipment - fax machine, printer, etc.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Proficiency at Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn other software applications.
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner.
• Ability to successfully handle conflict with both residents and fellow employees.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Skillful in organization and time management.
• Ability to maintain a regular schedule, which may require working overtime, weekends, and non-traditional holidays.
• Additionally, when required, be on-call and provide assistance during staffing deficiencies.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license, current car insurance, and current tabs are required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
