Summary Description:
Performs a variety of customer service, in-store, promoting, advertising, and stocking duties related to the receiving, sale, and delivery of parts and accessories that contribute to the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of James Duff’s eCommerce & retail store.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sells products and/or services to repair the problem or improve the Bronco’s abilities and meet the customer's needs.

• Processes online orders and phone orders from start to finish.

Work with tech department as needed to help customers with troubleshooting needs

• Work with returns department if customer has to return merchandise.

• Strong Knowledge of the Ford Bronco and the Off-Road Parts Industries.

• Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledge all customers he/she comes in contact with.

• Assist in keeping the front office clean and orderly.

• Record all sales and/or customer transactions that occur.

• Performs routine housekeeping tasks that maintain and enhances the cleanliness of products and the retail sales area.

• When working the counter, follows the prescribed cash, credit, and check processing procedures of James Duff. Processes, warranties, and new return merchandise as required at a point of sale.

• Uses James Duff equipment and resources safely and proficiently.

• Performs other tasks as required by the Sales Manager.

• Keeps himself/herself groomed and clothed per the James Duff guidelines.

• Greet customers in a courteous manner.

• Treat customers fairly and with honesty, and demonstrate our commitment to superior customer service and ethical business practices

Qualifications & Requirements
Graduation from manufacturer Parts program preferred but not required
Knowledge of MRP software
Ability to speak effectively one on one
Ability to effectively listen
Ability to interpret customer needs
Basic computer skills (Windows Operating System Microsoft Word, Excel)
Associates Degree or Technical Certificate Preferred, High School Diploma or GED required
Good organizational skills
Reliable transportation
Drivers License

Physical Demands:

Requires the use of both hands
Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, handle materials and lift in excess of 50lbs.
Requires use of a wired headset for 8 hours a day.

Hourly, full-time, M-F 10-6 hours - Occasional show attendance as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
