Job Description:

Consistently service assigned customers along a predetermined route. Must be comfortable with handheld technology and possess solid attention to detail. Opportunity for wage increase is high with potential of moving to salary plus commission depending on performance.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Key account management (client service)
• Route sequencing for efficiency
• Selling of and delivery of batteries
• Creation of a load plan and ensuring all batteries are loaded and counted accurately daily
• Adjusting and rotating battery stock
• Comfortable with the use of handheld technology
• Ability to accurately complete detailed paperwork
• Required to collect money on current and past due accounts
• Responsible for ensuring dealer displays/point of sale materials are maintained
• Sorting, cleaning and charging batteries

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Driver's license in good standing required, CDL a plus but not required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Sales experience a plus
• Must present a professional outward appearance
• Must wear steel-toed shoes/boots
• Must obey all traffic laws at all times with no more than 2 moving violations in any one year
• Must observe our zero tolerance drug and alcohol policy
• Must be punctual
• Must be reliable
• Must be able to exert in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, at least 50 pounds of force frequently (weight of a single battery can be up to 100 lbs.)
• Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, push, lift, grasp, walk, talk, hear and perform repetitive motions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
