Now Hiring - Sales Coordinator in Saco, ME

We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a point of contact for customers with inquiries about products and provide support for sales representatives.

Responsibilities:

• Field and qualify sales leads. Schedule site visits on behalf of sales representative.
• Draft and send quotations to prospective customers.
• Follow up on leads and referrals.
• Create and send invoices to new customers.
• Prepare sales reports.
• Forecast product needs and manage inventory.
• Perform follow up calls with new customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
• Other tasks, duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously.
• Requires self-direction, tact, diplomacy and a clear, courteous and professional manner when dealing with the public.
• Ability to stay calm, level-headed under pressure.
• Must demonstrate effective oral communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with staff inside and outside of the department.
• Enthusiasm to jump in and take on new projects and tasks as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge and understanding of social media marketing would be a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

• 2+ years’ experience in an office environment (Required)
• QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)

Physical Demands:

• Occasional lifting from 5-50 lbs., unassisted
• The ability to bend, crouch, or stand as necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
