The Community Liaison Must have Minimum 2 years Sales Experience in Hospice and/or Home Health services preferred. Strong Customer Service, Sense of Urgency and problem solving skills. Working Currently for a Hospice or Home Health as a Current Community Liaison is preferred and we insist you apply to expand with us
