Account Executive, Event Sales

Schneps Media seeks a full-time Account Executive/Salesperson to sell sponsorships to our events. Schneps Events are the preeminent business to business awards and networking events as well as consumer food & drink events. The events are hosted throughout Long Island and New York City.

This role will sell advertising, sponsorship and packages including ticket sales to each of our events. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, persistent and have strong verbal and written communication skills.

The Account Executive/Salesperson will be involved in cold calling for new business, create proposals, attend Schneps Events and other business and industry events to network for new business development and leverage Schneps Media contacts.

The candidate must also have strong computer skills, an outgoing personality, enjoy meeting people and attending events.

Schneps Media currently has a hybrid office policy between remote and in person. This role would work out of our Little Neck, Queens and/or Southampton office.

Account Executive/Salesperson, Event Sales Requirements:

• Strong communication skills - both written and interpersonal
• Strong computer skills - proficient in all Microsoft Office and GSuite applications
• Must have an outgoing personality. This person has to enjoy meeting people and attending events
• Must have a car for transportation

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
