The Wigle Whiskey/Threadbare Cider Market Development Manager is responsible for accounts within an assigned territory in Western PA. The primary responsibilities are to achieve assigned volume and distribution growth targets, gain share of mind within the assigned retailer organizations, and subsequent executional attainment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Meet or exceed Monthly business plans developed by the Director of Sales, track attainment on volume goals, forecasting, and strategic programming.

• Build and maintain sales relationships with assigned accounts and establish appropriate call frequency.

• Prospect for new retail account opportunities in assigned territory.

• Increase brand awareness with consumers and retailers' staff using samplings, promotions, brand training, and social media platforms.

• Analyze data to drive insights and action - utilizing shipment reports, orders, distribution and other data to recognize business opportunities to enhance sales.

• Work along-side Off-Site Event Team, to schedule with on and off premise samplings and promotions.

• Report on market accomplishments, needs and general observations that will assist Wigle/Threadbare achieve market goals and objectives on daily call report.

• Document pricing of Wigle/Threadbare products and competitors to ensure on shelf PTCs are in line with company targets

• Provide a keen understanding and interpretation of market trends, competition, and insight of PA relative to account base and retailers.

• Timely submission of all reports, billing approvals, expenses and any other requested information.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the beverage industry

• Valid and clean driver's license, a reliable, registered and insured vehicle, and ability to drive to and from accounts in territory.

• Exceptional communication skills both written and oral.

• Ability to work independently and maintain focus.

• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and work more than 40 hours per week.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google and Social Media Platforms.

• Ability to thrive in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
