Who are we looking for?

· Previous experience desking new and used car deals

· Proven track record of customer satisfaction

· Strong used car experience a plus

· Experience coaching salespeople to achieve targeted goals

· CDK experience, a plus

· Understanding of the finance process

· Polished, professional, and process-oriented
