We are growing even more and seeking an amazing boss babe to support our busy non-toxic, fume-free nail salon with seemingly effortless energy and drive to create the ultimate client experience! PAINT Nail Bar is not a nail salon, although we do nails. We consider ourselves industry disrupters because we are reinventing the nail salon experience.

The perfect candidate is a warm and dynamic, highly organized leader with excellent people and “soft” skills. The ideal person exudes confidence, instills a positive culture, is stylishly sweet and is level-headed while being able to multi-task in a high energy, fast-paced environment.

PAINT’s full-time Director of Sales & Operations will support all areas of the business including but not limited to:

• Ensuring all daily operations are performed the PAINT way.
• Implementing Team First Culture and fostering relationships with members of the PAINT family.
• Client and Community relations - building brand awareness.
• Relationship development with local Cosmetology Schools and Technical Colleges offering cosmetology/manicurist programs via lunch & learns and site visits.
• Recruiting, training and managing PAINT team (not nail training)
• Coordinating marketing projects from beginning to end.
• Monthly PAINT store meetings
• Corporate training visits to Sarasota (initial training and annual leadership summit)

Requirements and qualifications:

• Proven hospitality and customer relations leadership position
• Management ability
• Outstanding communications and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational skills
• Computer knowledge and ability to learn new computer software (experience with appointment booking software a plus - Booker/MindBody or similar)
• Experience with booking software (Booker/MindBody or similar)
