Learn more at [please apply online] With the focus on in-house sales & marketing support, this entry-level role will work in conjunction with upper management, purchasing, inside sales, outside sales, IT, shipping, operations, quality assurance and accounting to help facilitate and foster Customer Satisfaction. On the marketing side, this role will work with the upper management, inside & outside sales teams and the IT team to help grow brand awareness and keep product information updated on the website and in the product catalog.

This is a highly visible position and may serve as a steppingstone to roles of greater responsibility within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the Inside Sales, Outside Sales Teams, and the DL Lee Retail

Broker Network to support the day-to-day business needs and requests

• Lead new customer and new product launches
• Distribute and help maintain price lists, new product rollout schedules
• Develop and distribute POS materials

• Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations, the production of new packaging artwork, scheduling and coordinating customer visits
• Update and maintain Company websites, product catalog, post and maintain company updates on social media platforms
• Assist in uploading pricing and promotional information as needed
• Assist with chargebacks and claims related to customer incidents
• Customer Cost Changes
• Kroger & Walmart supply issues, PO updates, and promotions management
• Promotions Management other customers- Portals for updating deals and scan backs
• Knowledge with Wal-Mart Retail Link, SPS, EDI and 1sync/VIP (Data

Synchronization) preferred, but not required

• Additional responsibilities to be added, as needed, by Upper Management

Requirements:

Education and/or Experience - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Computer Skills - To perform this job successfully, but not required, an individual should have knowledge of Contact Management systems; Internet software; Order processing systems; Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Other Skills and Abilities - Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must.
A professional and pleasant telephone voice/manner is essential. This person needs to be detail-oriented and organized. The ability to operate simple office equipment sufficiently is needed to perform the job. Regular in-office attendance is required
Take note: Occasional travel may be involved to participate in tradeshows within the region (scheduled with plenty of advanced notice). We also have plant/office locations in Canada, Illinois, and New Mexico.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
