AdaptHealth is a home medical equipment company seeking an energetic, hardworking, organized individual for a full-time sales management position. This is an outside sales position, specializing in respiratory equipment and continuous glucose monitoring, managing sales representatives across the state of Tennessee.

Regional Director of Sales
The Regional Director of Sales is responsible for leading and driving all sales activities and performance for AdaptHealth. This individual will be responsible for driving profitability by monitoring sales staffing needs, sales, expenses, and submitting proper required documentation timely. The Regional Director of Sales will manage a sales team of Sales Representatives and Account Liaisons across the state of Tennessee and work directly with the Regional Vice President of Sales to improve the quality of care provided patients and referrals and increasing sales.
Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with RVP to analyze sales gaps, and shortfalls and implementing process improvements with tactical approaches to increase sales performance.
- Monitor and report on sales performance across all budgeted areas.
- Drive strategies based on data analytics.
- Familiarize and know the competitive landscape associated with each territory in region
- Analyze all performance shortfalls across multiple sales levels and provide recommendations to correct performance.
- Achieve growth numbers set forth by the company
- Provide feedback to operational partners to create and drive improved referral source and patient experiences
- Mentor and develop high performing Sales Reps using coaching and selling practices to drive sales and revenue growth for AdaptHealth.
- Encourage and establish teamwork and partnerships across all field sales roles.
- Influence the utilization of software applications and all other system tools to drive sales growth and activities.
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of current HME products and services offered by the company.
- Completes assigned compliance training and other educational programs as required.
- Shares information and expertise with peers to enable them to be effective.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience in B2B or B2C Sales.
- Valid driver’s license in the state of residence & reliable personal vehicle
- Experience in field marketing and calling on medical facilities, physicians, and staff
- Oxygen, PAP, NIV & DME equipment knowledge is preferred
- Occasional overnight travel
