Full description of the position

JOB SUMMARY: The Revenue Cycle Sales Manager is responsible for promoting and selling our Revenue Cycle services. The primary goal of this position is to meet and exceed sales targets while building strong customer relationships and expanding our market presence in Revenue Cycle Management services.


  • This role has a sales goal and includes a compensation package with OTE in addition to the base salary range.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
The responsibilities listed are fundamental to the position and must be performed successfully to achieve the key performance objectives of the role. Other responsibilities may be assigned.

  • Develop RCM Business Plan and execute effective sales strategies to generate new Revenue Cycle Management business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, manage leads, and follow up on inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Attend OSIS and industry trade shows to generate leads and develop the OSIS name in the Revenue Cycle Management market.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including key decision-makers.
  • Addresses client concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals to prospective clients which should showcase the benefits and features of our services.
  • Conduct price negotiations and contract discussions, aiming to secure profitable deals while maintaining customer relationships.
  • Collaborate effectively with other OSIS teams, such as marketing, to gather insights, share customer feedback, and continuously improve sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable strategies to optimize sales effectiveness.
  • Stay in tune with industry developments, regulations, and emerging trends related to Revenue Cycle Management.
  • Adhere to OSIS organization and corporate policies and practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.


WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, scanners, copy machines and filing cabinets.


PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This is a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.


POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.


TRAVEL:

This position requires 50% travel.


REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or similar field and/or 5+ years’ sales experience in Revenue Cycle Management.
  • 3+ years’ experience in effectively managing and growing a sales pipeline and providing accurate sales forecasts.


PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience with NextGen and/or other EHR applications within the ambulatory Healthcare/Community Health Center market

This position is considered a remote position with full telecommuting privileges.
