SALARY IS NEGOTIABLE IT IS JUST A STARTING RATE

FlexForce is looking for an outside salesperson to join our in-house team. You would be responsible for bringing new clients in for our Pensacola location, which is 1 of 8 offices we have along the Gulf Coast. You will be the face of the company in the local market and lead the charge for developing new client relationships, expanding market share, and positioning the company as the premier provider of workforce solutions in the market.

Job duties would include:

· Introducing FlexForce through cold calls, planned calls, appointments, etc.

· Prospecting new business leads to build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.

· Partnering with contractors and recruiters to assist in filling needed positions

· Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.

· Negotiate terms and conditions with clients.

· Acting with integrity, confidentially, and an ethical mindset when approaching potential clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Pensacola, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
