Job Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests in a friendly, inviting & non-business manner.
- Make our guests comfortable enough for them to share their home furnishing needs so you can bring their visions to life.
- Provide world class guest experiences by offering guests an unforgettable visit.
- Establish rapport with guests, strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening skills.
- Using empathy to overcome objections.
- Take all training to heart and put into practice with all guests.
- Engage and stay engaged with guests while maintaining a low pressure consultative approach.

The Benefits
- Hourly Wage with a strong commission pay structure. Your compensation will be a direct reflection of the level of service you provide guests. Annual earnings range from $40k - $85k. As the saying goes, "If it's going to be, it's up to me!".
