Job Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests in a friendly, inviting & non-business manner.
• Make our guests comfortable enough for them to share their home furnishing needs so you can bring their visions to life.
• Provide world class guest experiences by offering guests an unforgettable visit.
• Establish rapport with guests, strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening skills.
• Using empathy to overcome objections.
• Take all training to heart and put into practice with all guests.
• Engage and stay engaged with guests while maintaining a low pressure consultative approach.

• Hourly Wage with a strong commission pay structure. Your compensation will be a direct reflection of the level of service you provide guests. Annual earnings range from $40k - $85k. As the saying goes, "If it's going to be, it's up to me!".
