Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develop meaningful relationships with business customers to encourage trust and loyalty on all fronts.
· Follow up on cold and warm leads to further sales process.
· Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership. - Management skills
· Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates.
· Build strong business client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new business customers.
· Resolve complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the business client's desires.
· Act as the business client's representative in a firm to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience.
· Collect and analyze data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs for our business clients and industry.
· Communicate with business clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed.
· Improve team building and time management skills.
Skills and Qualifications:
· High School Diploma
· Communication: Both strong listening and communication skills are crucial. Sales representatives need to know when to talk and when to listen. Representatives will also learn how to listen for common objections and utilize sales training to overcome them.
· Mathematical: Math skills can be useful in a Sales Representative position. Salespersons will often have to calculate percentages, sales prices, and discounts quickly and accurately. These are very basic and included in the training.
· Teamwork: Many sales representatives work in a teamwork environment. They may have to interact with operations, marketing or other sales team members to meet sales goals. Interpersonal and teamwork skills will assist the sales representative in effectively working in a team environment.
· Persuasion: Skills in persuasion and influencing can assist a Sales Representative in closing a sale. Salespersons will learn to build relationships, develop trust and learn when to persuade. Again, these are also very basic and taught during in-house training.
· Satisfactory problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints or needs.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate product ideas to clients.
· Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers and clients.
· Exceptional analytical skills for analyzing client data.
· Time management and multitasking skills in order to handle multiple tasks and clients at once
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
