The Senior Manager, Sales Incentive Compensation, will report to the Commercial Excellence Leader and work closely with sales teams, sales leadership, and other internal stakeholders to oversee and administer an effective commission structure that aligns with company objectives and motivates our sales team to perform at their best. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in sales compensation design & admin, and a track record of driving sales growth through incentive programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partners with Sales Leadership, Finance, HR, and business leaders to develop initiatives driving successful business outcomes through incentive compensation, including relationships with outside advisors and vendor partners.
- Manage the implementation, & administration of sales incentive compensation programs, policies, and procedures that support commercial strategies & financial objectives.
- Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation plans, develops actionable insights, and recommends changes that are consistent with compensation trends and Company objectives.
- Provides guidance and recommendation to improve the sales compensation pay mix, program design, modeling, communication, and implementation.
- Partner with functional leaders and finance to appropriately set budgets and secure reported actuals
- Provides sales leadership with insights, analysis, reporting, and tools to drive sales performance
- Ensures timely and accurate sales incentive administration, pay distribution, & budgeting/forecasting on a monthly & quarterly basis
- Monitors and ensures compliance with company policies/procedures, federal, state, & local compensation laws & regulations
- Provides timely and accurate resolution of commissions questions/disputes
- Develops, maintains and updates systems and processes critical to the reporting and tracking of compensation and sales team metrics
- Coordinates the Commercial review board meeting schedule, agenda and notes. Manages changes to delegations of authority and updates and distributes relevant policies and documents. Manages and maintains commercial data and dashboards
Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)
- 4+ years experience in an analyst role in sales compensation, FP&A, or sales operations; preferably at a high-growth, industrial company
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Advanced experience with Microsoft applications (Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, MS Office suite)
- Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, vlookups, data modeling, etc.)
