Full description of the position

We are currently looking for a highly motivated sales representative, and self-starter to focus on growing our HVAC and Plumbing business. The main customers will be channel distributors, wholesalers, and contractors. You will be responsible for growing existing accounts, prospecting, and securing new customers, and introducing new products to the territory. The sales personnel must understand the business environment including competition, sales and key stakeholder trends and execute growth strategies according to region. Account management, account growth planning, target setting, account conversions, product demonstrations, job site visits, creating a win/ win scenario, attending industry shows, entertainment with accounts, monthly reporting. Regular travel required with some overnight as needed.

Successful candidates will combine a 4-year degree with a minimum of 2 years successful outside sales experience or equivalent in the fields of plumbing, heating, HVAC, LP Gas and/or Water Conditioning. Sales Representatives must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, be skilled at building productive business relationships, and have a good mechanical aptitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
