Outside Sales Representative

American supply Company is a local Janitorial, maintenance and restaurant supplier of cleaning products and equipment as well as restaurant and commercial kitchen supplies. We service the Monterey, Santa Cruz and San Benito Counties.

Candidate will work at the company location and cover established sales routes in the tri county area.

• Outside Sales Representative are responsible for working outside the Company assisting route customers in locating products they need and helping determine products that will satisfy their needs.
• Highly motivated with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• In person contact with designated customers, development of business relationships.
• New business development and cold calling to prospective customers.
• Follow sales leads and scheduling appointments with prospective customers.
• Develop and expand existing accounts.
• Processing orders and maintaining pricing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
