Job Description: Sales Associate for a business dental office

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to effectively communicate with customers
- Assist in merchandising and organizing the sales floor to create an inviting shopping environment
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- Build and maintain customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets
- Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively answer customer inquiries

Qualifications:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Previous experience in technical sales is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work well in a team environment
